Matplotlib 3.3.0 release causes layout issues with 3D and 2D bar charts #26

Both type of charts show excessive white-space either to the left or right of the main graph.

A fix has been committed to master. The look of the 3D chart is not identical to earlier versions but I was unable to reproduce that exact look. This changed look will have to do. I think it's good enough.
