Rescheduling due on lapsed cards #20

Rescheduling due on lapsed cards follows the v1 scheduler and should be updated to follow the V2 scheduler which is more accurate.

This issue may need to be revisited in the future as V2 changes the way it logs, but as it stand, this update is complete.
