himalayanart.org This site hosts some rare and invaluable paintings and ancient manuscripts from the Himalayan region of Tibet, China, India and Mongolia, used chiefly in academic research.

Current error message

An error occured while trying to dezoomify your image. This is probably because dezoomify did not manage to find a zoomable image at the address you gave.

Hello, and thank you for getting in touch !

The site seems to be using a custom format that is not yet supported by dezoomify, but the generic dezoomer works well with it. For instance, for the image you gave, the following link template works in dezoomify:

https://dezoomify.ophir.dev/dezoomify/dezoomify.html#https://har-assets.s3.amazonaws.com/tiles/3/0/9/30927/4/{{X}}_{{Y}}.jpg

let's leave this open to give it visibility. If there is more demand, we may implement a specialized dezoomer for this website.
