"Girl with the Pearl Earring" from Vermeer Gigasize Image!

I tried with NETWORK zoom in and dezoomifyrs, eg https://www.micro-pano.com/pearl/panos/STITCH-_FULL_35x.tiles/l8/130/l8_130093.jpg https://www.micro-pano.com/pearl/panos/STITCH-_FULL35x.tiles/l8/130/l8{{X}}{{Y}}.jpg https://www.micro-pano.com/pearl/panos/STITCH-_FULL35x.tiles/l8/130/l8/{{X}}{{Y}}.jpg

But without result, "ERROR Could not get any tile for the image"

This site uses a custom tile format, and there are missing tiles on the top left corner. Currently there's nothing available to dezoom that, it would be a custom development.

Yesterday i tried again to downloaded the image, with dezoomify app in the Firefox browser, you can see it downloaded at first sight "fast"but without seeing loaded tiles. That phenomonan i see ofter in the Firefox browser. But when it 100 %, you can not save the image. i tried this in Chrome, but now now you see the tiles loading. But very very slow. At the end after 15 hours the image was loaded 100 %. At first to "save as" the image, the browser stopped, i push the button waiting and after about 20 min, the conversion completed and the image was saved as "download.png" in my Chrome download Map. The image is 476 MB (499.238.724 bytes)

Browsers are struggling with very large canvases like this one. For these images, you can use dezoomify-rs
