Looks like you posted the default issue template without filling it. Can you please fill the required information, @hermione10?
Sorry! I was just trying to send a message to ask if it worked on Prado on their images as I was having no luck. I didn't realise there was a template to complete, so I must have posted my message in the wrong area.
@hermione10 You can edit your message above, and give the required information.
You can use the generic dezoomer
However, the tiles on the first line and on the first column seem to be 1px smaller than the others, which generates a small artifact in the result.
It started to work, but was extremely slow to reassemble the image, and when it reached 100%, there was no image there.
For very large images, dezoomify-rs can be used.
This does not work with dezoomify-rs
I believe that the site has been reworked since May to remove whatever the tool was keying off of
@jaaschutz It doesn't look like any change was made, everything still works. Did you read the generic dezoomer tutorial ?
For the image mentioned here, the template to give dezoomify is

Site name and desciption
What is the name and the URL of the site you would like dezoomify to support ? Museo del Prado https://www.museodelprado.es/en/the-collection/art-work/the-animals-entering-noahs-ark/a234abf6-32db-48a2-9c13-c533b5ca3fd1?searchMeta=animals
Why is this site of particular interest ? The more popular the site, the more chance you have to see dezoomify supporting it someday.
Large range of important works
