Fix #20 #21

This should do the trick - I tested with cabal new-build using GHC 8.8, and it compiled without issue.

Thanks @kozross! There have a been a bunch of changes since 0.0.0, so I'll make the release myself in https://github.com/sjakobi/coercible-utils/pull/23.
