Publish this package in time for Stackage LTS-12?! #6

As there seems to be some interest in this package, we should probably publish it on Hackage and Stackage.

According to this announcement a new LTS series will be cut around the weekend of July 1. It would be nice to get the package in there.

If we could make some progress with #5 until then, that would be great!
