Font changes + Favicon/Meta Logo #133

Change font sizing to use "em" instead of "px", and added a couple media queries for larger screens.

If it's still not big enough then im inclined to encourage the use of the browsers zoom functionality, as there is no perfect one size fits all solution that everyone will agree on being the most readable.

I also updated the logo in the repo to match the one used, as I'm now using in a couple meta tags - this won’t affect the ability to use the index.html locally as a single file, it just adds the benefit of an image in the automatic previews when a URL to the GitHub pages site is copied somewhere (i.e. Discord) and adds it as the favicon image.
