Create a new release #26

Some issues have been fixed, but the old release downloads are confusing (see #25)

Maybe we can use Github Actions for that.

Release has been drafted. If anyone wants to set up "CI" for this, I'll merge a PR for that too, but i don't have the time to trial-and-error my way to something working with actions right now.
