Sorry about messing up the last one here everything is in one commit and such. Went through all of the reviews from the last one.

I think the changes looks good. Do you able to test about the provider uniqueness I asked earlier in Discord?

I merged this but I only enable it for non-fused build (a.k.a "normal" variant) for now.
