The framework dosent say permission for storage on Android 11 and app settings doesn't appear the permission

Please see #194.

LOVE no longer requires external storage because the original paths that LOVE look for game in Android 10 is effectively blocked even with external storage permission, so in that and later Android version the permission is unnecessary.
