[r215] cannot enter Steel Rake solo as admin #166

YOU MUST BE USING AION X EMU FILES ONLY!! IF ANY MODIFICATIONS WERE DONE TO
THE FILES THAT WERE NOT INCLUDED WITH THE SVN, WE WILL NOT SUPPORT THOSE
ISSUES HERE!!

Core revision:  r215, clean install

Bug description:  I cannot enter Steel Rake unless in a group. I have the 
config set up properly, and can enter all the other instances I tried solo with 
no problems. Not a major issue as I can circumvent with "dual-boxing", but I 
wanted to give a heads up.

What steps will reproduce the problem?:  Try to enter Steel Rake via shugo 
teleporter in Pandaemonium while not in group, even with proper admin level and 
"solo instance" permission

What is the expected output?:  Being able to enter the Steel Rake instance solo.

gameserver.administration.instancegroup = 2

the account is set to access_level = 3 and membership = 2 in the aionx_ls 
database

Its normal, cause this portal npc isnt handled like a normal portal cause of 
its dialod interaction.

Prepared a fix, plz test and leave some feedback-

I applied the patch, but now nothing happens when I select "I'm ready to go" 
from Raninerk. When I do it a second time, I get the message "You may enter ??? 
again after 4 hours."

I'm certainly no Java expert since I am just teaching myself, but could the 
issue be on line 197 when it seems to be requesting the GroupId, which would be 
null? At this point it would be assuming that a valid entry due to the previous 
method of checking. In any case, thanks a lot for taking the time to look at 
this!
