Bug description:After killing "Hamerun the Bleeder" ID:216922 quest don't 
update.
Can't complete.

this a not a fix but you can't finish this quest. change npcid the hamerun to 
the   box he droped,at finished a cutsene.

i can't open the box and if you check HaramelController.java i can see that 
"var" value into db isn't incresed by any action.
