Append task does not work in RC 37

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Follow the AppendTask example
2.Combine the attached two videos
3.View the combined video file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The combined video file should be watched smoothly. But the fact is it cannot 
be played

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0-RC-37

Please provide any additional information below.
In 1.0-RC-27, it's good. The bug is introduced after 1.0-RC-27
