feat: github sync #68

image cant do github app bc repo creation needs installing. oauth app is annoying as it cannot add more than 1 callback redirect_uris. so noxplay and APM will have to have their own oauth apps. also make sure to change redirect_uri to the edge extension one. also update the secrets. etc.
