[bug] bilivideo.com CDN video fetch fails #225

AFAIK only video fetches from upos-sz-mirroraliov.bilivideo.com/ fails, not audio (havent encountered a hiccup yet, though i cant tell either if all my CDNs are resolved to akamized.net or bilivideo.com) opening in browser also fails so I can't work on this until I figured out how to play it somehow. also my CDN mostly resolves to akamized.net doesnt help:(
