This PR contains fixes to various previously reported issues. The fix to term tags and aliases requires a database migration - modeltranslation doesn't support list columns, and therefore both tags and aliases were converted to many-to-one relationships. Migration code for existing term data is provided.
Installation instructions are also updated for ubuntu.
