Archived terms with tags are broken #85

Arrayfield was archived differently from manytomany by reversion. Trying to render archived terms in courses where tags were used results in incompatible versions. Either try to find a way to ignore the broken field and default to empty m2m, or remove term tags entirely (they are quite pointless). Terms that were cached before the change still work, but only as long as the cache is never cleared.

Reversion related issues will be fixed with migration scripts in the future.
