The UI does not show up as an option to download in HACS

Describe the issue you are experiencing

The UI does not show up as an option to download in HACS. When trying to add the link as a custom repository, each option (integration, Lovelace, Theme) etc.. throws an error

To be able to find it in HACS

I have the same issue - lovelace-rounded doesn't show up in HACS.
