does sharp support external font? #3254

my .svg file works just fine when dropping it on browser but sharp does not function with fonts

problem: font dose not render

Hello, you'll need to ensure that fontconfig can find the font. You've not said which OS you're using but typically if the OS knows about the font e.g. it is installed in a "standard" location, then that should work.

There's lot of documentation for fontconfig, including environment variables to control its behaviour, at https://www.freedesktop.org/software/fontconfig/fontconfig-user.html

currently using windows.. i tried embedding the font as a base64 normally viewing the svg works fine
