SVOX / Loquendo TTS crash with Talkback #278

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open setting TTS in the Android system and set a TTS engine SVOZ or Loquendo
2. Run TalkBack
3. TalkBack start and it seems to work but randomly the TTS Engine CRASH and 
restart after a few seconds

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
TalkBack don't crash with TTS Engine different to Default System Engine

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Lasted version on 2 Smartphone with android 2.3.7 and 4.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.

This appears to be a text-to-speech issue and outside the scope of the 
eyes-free project. Please consider reporting this to the engine manufacturer.
