LG Nexus 4, Android 4.2.2, TalkBack 3.4.0beta2.

Suggestion to improve TalkBack settings menu.

At this point of time, the settings menu it seems too long and it might be 
longer in the future when TalkBack grow. I have the following suggestion, hope 
that it can be take consideration.

Within TalkBack, it will have submenu like
"Speech"
Other feedback"
"Touch experation"
"Miscellaneous"

So when user double tap on the respective menu, it will be present with the 
options in-side of the menu.

This way the settings looks more organize, and in the future when TalkBack add 
more features, it'll have more rooms for them.
