setuptools 0.9 not supported #14

When you use setuptools 0.8 or later lovely.buildouthttp seems to not do anything: authentication is never attempted.

Also see setuptools issue 61 for the setuptool side of this. Apparently the changes in setuptools to handle SSL verification broke plugins like lovely.buildouthttp and zc.buildoutsftp.

Thanks for the report.

I've pushed a new version (0.5.0) that uses the same approach as zc.buildoutsftp - so this should hopefully be fixed. Could you give it a try and report back?
