Highlight solved problem bug on switching theme #7

Steps to reproduce this bug

open problem page with at least one solved problems
switch theme (click on profile and toggle theme)
change page no (buttons)

Result after reproducing the bug

The problem rows are highlighted in both colors 'green' for light theme and 'silver' for dark theme. It needs to be in just one of them depending upon them theme selected

Note: To solve this issue an additional page refresh is required
