Request: Allow D-Pad to control mouse cursor #107

I would appreciate a control schema that allows control of the mouse cursor
via the D-Pad on the motorola cliq.

If it already exists I can't seem to find it.

I will be adding a such a control scheme in next version; it should help Cliq 
and
Droid users
