Character encoding error after install #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installing CyBerFuN_xBTiT_Fully_MoDDeD_v1.1.2 with hungarian language
setting.
2. Finish with install.
3. Character encoding error.
.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Character Encoding Error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CyBerFuN_xBTiT_Fully_MoDDeD_v1.1.2 on web server with windows server.

Please provide any additional information below.

language are maintained by btiteam
but replace your current file with this
