Review all Workflows and Automations in LH org

As an LH developer, I would like to be confident that all automations (process builder, workflow, validations, etc.) are necessary (not redundant, useful, worth it) so that I can be confident that any errors displayed or bugs that occur indeed need to be addressed.

What to Evaluate:

• Workflow Rules
• Validation Rules
• Flows
• Processes
• Apex Triggers (if you can view their code)

What to Document:

• document their purposes including, but not limited to, what objects they update, what fields they update how they are triggered, how they are filtered, what package installed them
• a recommendation of whether or not they should be deactivated

Note:

• something to note while looking through data, these custom objects are no longer used by LH so automations related to these objects and only these objects should be high on the list of potentially remove: Churchc, School, Districtc, Network_District_Partnershipc, Children_at_Risk_Data__c, Church_Network__c

LH has many Workflows and Triggers that could be consolidated and updated to improve their automation and allow easier integration into their processes. @Rodney-Zhu @jonatng I think this would be a great project for you both if yall are up for it.

For starters, I think it would be good to understand LH's Workflows and come up with how they could be refactored into existing Processes or new Processes/Flows.
