selector does not accept managed cards #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to a relying party (i.e. https://zeno.fokus.fraunhofer.de/)
2. click login button, selector opens
3. select "new card" (or similar, my system is in german)
4. in the new card wizard, select "managed card", click next
5. click "select a card", select a .crd file
6. click next, nothing happens

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect the managed card (created using the CardWriter code in the
Microsoft Sample STS) to be imported into the selector, but nothing happens
when I click the "next" button in step 6 above.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

xmldap-0.9.9.20080212.xpi on windows XP SP2, Firefox 2.0.0.12

Please provide any additional information below.

As mentioned above, the managed cards were created using the Sample code
from Microsoft
(http://netfx3.com/files/folders/cardspace_samples/default.aspx). I've
attached the cards, in case it helps.

I just checked this running on Linux (Ubuntu 8.04) with FF3 and
xmldap-0.9.9.200806112020.xpi. Doesn't work either, same behavior as above :(. 
The
attached card is from a Higgins STS deployment.
