Focus problem with Canon Rebel XS #282

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. While in Live View mode, no focus rectangle is displayed.
2. Focus mode is always in manual, with the adjustment arrow buttons at the 
bottom of screen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. Focus rectangle should be displayed.
2. Switch between AF and MF should work.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
DSLRdashboard 0.30.33
Nexus 7 (2012)
Canon Rebel XS

Connected via USB OTG
