default: added to all HTML tags via Clone & PrependTo #230

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create .XHTML document to be cloned
2. Clone it & prependto
3. Output to browser

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
.XHTML document contains 1 form elements, and should be replicated 10 times.  
Worked fine on older version of php. Instead tags have default: added to them.  
IE: < default: tr > and < / default: tr> (no spaces though)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest version - CentOs6 64bit
