This is the pull request to be able to introduce Zedboard extensions. It just adds the lowrisc-zed repository of mine to fpga/board folder as a submodule. I will reconfigure my other pull request to lowrisc-chip repo after this request to support Zed with config.scala, and chip-top.sv.
