crosstool-ng is significantly cleaner than the SiFive-provided toolchain build script.

@lenary as part of this PR I modified the multilib build as well, which was failing in CI most likely due to logging issues. Effectively, the log is now available only from azure pipelines directly, and not part of the artifact any more. Are you OK with that change?
