[lc_crtl doc] question regarding PRESENT-based scrambling mechanism #25196

Description

The section "Conditional Transitions" of the theory of operation of the LCC see (https://github.com/lowRISC/opentitan/blob/master/hw/ip/lc_ctrl/doc/theory_of_operation.md) mentions a "PRESENT-based scrambling mechanism". I have never heard of this and I could not find any reference to this mechanism. I was wondering if anyone could share a pointer describing this scrambling mechanism.
