Needs to be much more than just embedding Word.

Paragraph level security?

Redlining and change tracking needs to be much better than default word online. Is Word online available? What about: • Which contracts? Buy-side, sell-side, corporate agreements? • Do they need template documents? • Do they need template paragraphs? • How to assemble • How exactly should changes be tracked? • Do they need collaborative editing? • Maybe collaborative editing is not conceptually compatible with advanced change tracking? • Paragraph level security? • Per paragraph Statuses - e.g. Green Agreed = locked, but can comment, Amber Pending Agreement, Red disagreement.
○ Maybe we should have a RAG status per party per paragraph in a sidebar

• What are the processes?
    ○ Creation process
    ○ Buy-side signing
    ○ Sell-side signing
    ○ Are you mostly sending contracts out?  Redlining inbound contracts?  Or a good mix of both?
    ○ Do you already have contract templates we can/should import to the system?
    ○ Who should be allowed to do what, and when?
    ○ Will there be external parties?
    ○ What do you ideally want external parties to do?
        § How to Auth.  Link / OTP
        § Full user account with sign-up?
        § Maybe both, and you choose per contract, or per contract type?
    ○ We could log them in, and let them edit certain section of a document for example
    ○ Promapp import/export should support variations.
        § e.g. a buy-side contract process
