Highlighted drop out zone during qually (Q1 & Q2) #6

It would be nice to see the drop out zone in Q1 & Q2.

A different background colour (slightly lighter grey?) of the drivers in the 
drop out zone would easily identify those who are not going to make it 
through.

I would like to implement this feature but the feed doesn't publish a message 
indicating when a qually run ends. We could use the ClearGridRowMessage as 
these messages are only published at the end of a qually run but the logic 
would have to take into account users which connect half way through a qually 
run.

I am open to suggestions!
