This feature (initial setting of budget) is working as intended (asking for an input until a valid input is detected). In order to enter this state, the user would have to had entered yes
when prompted if they want to set a new budget, meaning that the user had the intention of setting their budget. As such, it is very unlikely for them to wish to exit the app from this screen, thus we believe that allowing the user to exit the app via the exit
command from this screen is out of scope. Furthermore, as said, it is very unlikely that this behaviour of the app will result in inconvenience to the user given that they are unlikely to wish to exit the app if they have selected yes
to setting a new budget, thus we classify the bug to be low
severity.

For some reason, I can't do anything else if setting budget fails. Can't even exit
