Insufficient token scopes #1558

I "solved" this issue and post on discussion tab (https://github.com/lowlighter/metrics/discussions/1553#discussioncomment-7498291), but I will still keep this issue open because I think that the error message doesn't match the problem that cause this.

Another observation, during the error, the achievement "Polyglot" do not render. And the "Most used language" section shows a message "No push activity". The information about "Releases" is showed as 0.
