[Request] Contained availability groups #242

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Add the ability to create contained availability groups, an SQL server 2022 feature.

Hey @DorBreger thanks for the request! Full disclosure I likely won't be able to dedicate time to a new feature like this, but if you want to put up a PR for it I am happy to work with you on it.

Sure. I already have something cooking on my own branch, I will try to submit a well rounded PR in the coming days.
