Bonsai issues #12

We are currently encountering issues in the Bonsai platform. There are instances wherein we cannot provision Bonsai as described here. Once we are able to provision Bonsai, however, there are still a number of issues encountered:

  1. ) Unable to upload AnyLogic simulations. There are instances where we're stuck on loading while uploading our AnyLogic models to Bonsai. We were previously able to upload our AnyLogic simulations as seen here.
  2. ) Unable to access brains and simulations. There are instances where we simply cannot access our created brains and simulators because the 'Brains' and 'Simulators' items are always stuck on loading. image

We would just like to know the possible causes for these issues if you happened to have encountered them. Thank you.

Hi John

I have not encountered such issues in the past. Occasionally the UI of Bonsai becomes out of sync with the back end, so forcing a re-fetch by logging out and back in may be needed. The issue with uploading AnyLogic sims may be to do with how the sim is packaged. Ensure you can connect the same sim whilst running locally first.

Good day. Would just like to confirm whether this com.anylogic.rl.libraries.bonsai dependency needs to be removed from the AnyLogic model. image We've been removing this dependency since we've been trying out this model since it was causing an error when running the simulation. We have, however, successfully exported and uploaded it to Bonsai with and without the dependency.
