Less than half of add-ons available

I just installed the blue cop repository add-on and the only available add-ons 
for download are:
Amazon, Epic HD, ESPN, Free Cable, Hulu, Reddit Videos, VEVO, and Yahoo Music 
Videos, is there any reason why the rest of them would not be available? And is 
there any way I could add them in even though they aren't showing in the blue 
cop repository ui?

I deleted my previous comment upon further investigation it looks like the 
addons.xml file was edited between July 2011 and August 2011 that removed those 
addons from the plugin list either due to age or they are broken. I should have 
checked this before commenting. 
As for my reporting of my original issue installing Hulu plug-in remaining at 
0% downloaded, I'll toy with this further tonight and open a ticket of my own 
if I cannot resolve. Sorry for the excess notifications
