1. What went well in Milestone One? #106

I feel that milestone one was a breeze because I had teammates who were proactive in giving their feedback and opinions. The team also did our assigned work diligently and promptly. When there are issues or questions to be asked, it is usually addressed quickly. The team also helped each other out in whatever gaps were needed to be filled. In conclusion, milestone one was a great start to lay down the foundation of the team. Looking forward to the next milestone.

Currently, everyone is reliable and cooperative. When allocated a task, each individual does the task before the stipulated deadline, ensuring that the team is progressing smoothly. Additionally, the team shows great teamwork by clarifying each other’s uncertainties. We have also checked in on each other’s works to ensure that everyone is on the right track.

We are currently all accountable to each other, proactive in each other's work as well. If there are current gaps that we have overlooked in our system, we all give each other a quick check as a fresh pair of eyes. At the same time, we are all receptive of each other's feedback and suggestions.

This research also identified potential improvements for the project. The team efficiently identified and documented various use cases, ensuring a clear understanding of user interactions. Detailed documentation of requirements, both functional and non-functional, laid a strong foundation for development. Task management through the Kanban board was effective in tracking progress and maintaining a structured workflow throughout the milestone.
