2.1. Although collaboration was strong, there were instances where workloads were unevenly distributed. Going forward, there is a need to continually assess the balance of tasks to ensure no team member is overburdened or underutilised.

3.1. The team will commit to a regular review of task assignments to ensure a fair distribution of workload. This could be facilitated by a workload management tool or system that provides visibility into each team member's responsibilities and progress. : For the next milestone, the team will adopt a structured decision-making framework to expedite the decision-making process. This might involve setting clear criteria for decisions, voting mechanisms, or a designated decider when consensus cannot be reached promptly.

2.1. Post-meeting action items: Despite successful status meetings, ensuring clear action items and follow-ups can optimise the impact of these discussions. Establishing a system to track and execute action items generated during meetings will help to better maintain momentum between sessions.

3.1. Establish a systematic approach for tracking and executing action items generated during status meetings, as well as setting clear deadlines for completion.
