Make regreph the ultimate benchmark tool

Hi, @lox and anyone interested in benchmarking and testing PHP software!

First, I'd like to thank @lox for giving me access to the project! I really want to make some major contributions, but will communicate everything through issues and pull requests. Managing labels and milestones would be really useful though.

So let's go to the point. I want to bring this tool to the next level. Here are some of my short-term points:

[x] Make bench and regreph just a command-line wrappers and move their logic to a more OOP style classes. #10
[x] We could even use symfony/console to have a consistent interface and a lot of goodies. #9
[x] Improve git commands. #11
[x] Allow regreph to be required via Composer in another project and easily test it. Right now it's the other way around. #12
[x] Write tests. #13
[x] Use Travis CI and Scrutinizer CI. #14, #15

For all of these I would like to create a milestone and separate issues and start working on them.

Sounds great to me! Regreph was a tool I wrote one afternoon to help detect regressions in Pheasant, I'm pleased other people have found it useful.

I'll contribute as much as I can, happy to review PR's and provide feedback. I'm happy for you to take ownership as much as you care to.
