PR: gh-829 Add firewall logging for API calls and rule actions. #832

  1. The IP address of the API caller is now logged when firewall actions (add/delete) are performed.

  2. More detailed information about firewall rule actions (e.g., source/destination IPs, ports, protocol) is logged when traffic is allowed or dropped. This helps in improving traceability and debugging.
