Expose frame timestamp #11

This functionality can be quite useful for detecting frame drops and for more precise measurement of relative frame timings.

P.S.: I agree with potential re-licensing under MIT/Apache-2.0.

No problem and thank you for the useful crate! I'm looking forward to having this version published on crates.io!

BTW what do you think about re-licensing? It would be nice to have for uniformity with other crates.
