Please let user select which v2ray-version they want... #81

I have updated to v2ray-plugin's version today, and found it's not working. The version is v4.44.0(updated 22 hours ago) which comes from teddysun, and that repo is forked from the original repo that we cannot raise issue for it. It's better to let users select the version of v2ray plugin they want.

I tested without v2ray-plugin and working now.
