Thank you for the input. However, we think it is not a bug, because we clearly specify the distinction between tag delete and tag remove in our UG. For example, we show the screenshot for tag delete that it will delete the tag from all contacts.
We also attach a screenshot for tag remove, where it will only remove the tag from the specific contact.
Since we already specify this behavior through text and visual means, it should be clear enough for the user.
Overall confusing language used. Judging by "Consider using Editing a todo to remove tags from todos." Therefore we deduce that neither remove or delete feature is for removing tags in todo.
Perfectly what you said. Tag remove doesn't remove the tag from todos. You can only remove tags from todos using Editing a todo. Which means you as a user actually able to deduce it correctly.
