The developers need a regular time for small sprint checkups and also co-working time.

Suggested meeting times: Meet at 2:20pm on Friday to review any progress from over the week. At this time, any concerns can be communicated and dealt with. Co-working time following the Monday meeting. While some schedule conflicts exist, Tuesday and Thursday (3:30-4:45) will remain a meeting time for those who can attend. In addition, weekend meetups can be planned as necessary.
