Started working with the java script for the opportunity center logic.

I believe the only thing missing is the opportunity centers popping up. Also, I created the email workforwardapp@gmail.com to handle all the google drive api's. If any of you are using any of the google api's please use that email address in order to keep your personal drive safe. I updated client_secret.json with that email.
