This is a little bit of a hack so probably needs some edits to fold back in.

The idea is that Predbat (https://github.com/springfall2008/batpred) creates custom sensors which look like the Octopus information but include a 'state' variable. This state is show in the rate card so that users can see the charging/discharging plan.

Is there any way we can merge this?
